The Oceania Pokémon Regional Championship will return to Melbourne for the third and final stop of the 2026 season.
Registrations will open March 25, 2026 at 7:00 PM AEDT.
Event Information
The Melbourne Pokémon Regional Championships marks the third and final event of the 2026 season, bringing Trainers together for an incredible weekend of competition and fun!
Compete in the Main Event to earn Championship Points and work toward your place at the 2026 Pokémon World Championships, or take part in a variety of Side Events, explore the Prize Wall, and enjoy other exciting activities as the season comes to a close.

Venue Entry
The most convenient entrance for the event is the Clarendon Street entrance. There is a second entrance off Convention Centre Place.
Public Transport Information
Southern Cross Station is the closest train station. From there take Tram Routes 96, 109, or 12 to Stop 124A, right outside the Clarendon Street entrance. Visit the PTV Journey Planner for more detailed transport information.
Parking Information
Wilson Parking offers flexible rates and secure underground parking with lift access up to the Exhibition Centre.
Additional parking is available at South Wharf Retail Car Park, Siddeley Street Car Park, Freeway Car Park or Montague Street Car Park

There’s more than just the main event! Even if you’re not competing in the main event, you can still be part of the action.
Join our Side Events for casual battles, fun formats, and the chance to earn Prize Points to redeem for awesome rewards. With something for every skill level, even beginners can jump right in!

Prizing
The main events are your chance to battle for glory and earn exciting rewards!
The crowning Champion of each main event will automatically qualify for the 2026 Pokémon World Championships. Competitors in the main events will earn Championship Points toward their World Championships journey, along with event-exclusive prizes and booster packs based on their final placements.
For those enjoying a more casual experience, there are Prize Points up for grabs by participating in Side Events throughout the weekend. These can be redeemed at our Prize Wall for plushies, playmats, and other awesome rewards!
