Main Event Prizing
Winners in each age division of the Pokémon TCG, Pokémon Video Game, and Pokémon GO Regional Championships will earn a direct invitation to the 2026 Pokémon World Championships, no matter how many Championship Points they have at the end of the season. Top competitors in each division can also receive prize money, playmats, promotional cards, and additional Championship Points.
Just by participating, all players earn 3 Play! Points, plus a special Pokémon Regional Championships promo card and playmat (while supplies last).
To be eligible for points and prizes, competitors must have a Pokémon Trainer Club Account with a Player ID and must opt in to the Play! Pokémon program.

In addition to prizes, players can earn Championship Points (CP) based on their performance at events. CP track a player’s progress throughout the season and are required to qualify for the prestigious Pokémon World Championships.
The number of points awarded depends on both event size and player placement, encouraging consistent play and strong performance across multiple tournaments.
The Championship Point payout for Pokémon TCG, Pokémon Video Game, and Pokémon GO Regional Championships is as follows:
Championship Series Events award Pokémon TCG Booster Packs as additional prizes. The number of packs players receive depends on both their final placement and the total number of participants in the event.
